The next three days are expected to be warm and sunny, but keep your umbrella nearby — a storm system will likely bring rain throughout the state by Wednesday.

According to the National Weather Service, the high temperature in northern Utah is expected to reach the mid-50s on Sunday, climb to 60 degrees by Monday, then jump to a high of 70 degrees by Tuesday. However, a storm system moving in Wednesday brings about a 50 percent chance of rain through the Wasatch Front, and will likely cause the high temperature to dip into the 50s.

Farther south, sunny skies are expected in St. George, where the high temperature on Sunday and Monday is expected to hover in the mid-70s before reaching a high of 80 degrees on Tuesday. But by Wednesday, high temperatures are expected to drop to 68 degrees, and there is a 40 percent chance of rain in the area.
