The Utah Jazz will be without shooting guard Alec Burks tonight against Memphis, the team announced after Wednesday morning's shootaround.
Burks, the Jazz's No. 2 scorer who averages 13.8 points per game, will miss his third straight game because of a sprained ankle.
Burks participated in practice on Tuesday but won't play against Memphis, which has won 10 of its last 13 games and is battling for playoff position in the Western Conference.
The Jazz are 23-48 after losing 12 of their last 14 games. They come off a 114-94 loss to lottery-bound Detroit on Monday night at EnergySolutions Arena.
The Jazz and Grizzlies will tip off at 8:30 p.m. to accommodate national television.
