Letter: Helicopters circling Herriman — why?

I have seen major warfare-type helicopters fly over our narrow Rose Canyon every morning and night. I have seen them fly right over my house at midnight.
This morning there were two Chinook helicopters at 7:30 a.m. and then five more Huey-type and one small helicopter at 8:20 a.m.
Are they preparing for war? Against whom in Utah?
