South Jordan police say they arrested a man suspected of robbing a Zions Bank branch in Daybreak.

Tips led police on Saturday to a motel in South Salt Lake. They found the 23-year-old suspect there and arrested him on suspicion of robbery and for outstanding warrants. He remained in the Salt Lake County Jail on Sunday without bond.

The robbery happened about 3:30 p.m. Friday at the Zions branch at 4753 W. Daybreak Parkway. The suspect gave the teller a note demanding money.
