Happy Tuesday. A Louisiana newspaper has video of Rep. Vance McAllister, a married GOP congressman who campaigned on family values, kissing a congressional staffer, calling it an "extramarital encounter." McAllister released a statement saying he's sorry and will work to rebuild trust of his constituents. [TPM]
