For months, it's been the battle of court briefs. But today, an attorney representing the state and a lawyer representing gay couples will stand before the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Denver to present their best arguments for and against Utah's Amendment 3.

On Thursday at 12:15 p.m., attorney Michael Zimmerman, former chief justice of the Utah Supreme Court, and Tribune justice reporter Brooke Adams join Jennifer Napier-Pearce to talk about the presentations, appellate court strategy and the judges' line of questioning.
