With a 44 percent vacancy rate and little foot traffic, Trolley Square is not the thriving Salt Lake City mall it used to be. Millionaire businessman Khosrow Semnani is hoping to change that.

On Friday at 12:15 p.m., Semnani, the Utah Heritage Foundation's Kirk Huffaker and Tribune reporter Christopher Smart join Jennifer Napier-Pearce to discuss Semnani's plans for the historic block and whether the vision will work in a changing retail environment hit hard by online sales.
