Connoisseurs of fine liquor have voted — and chosen a Utah-made spirit as the best around.

Underground Herbal Spirit, made by Ogden's Own Distillery, was the winner of "Booze Brackets," a March Madness-style competition run by the website BourbonBlog.com.

Sixty-four liquors entered the competition, set up in head-to-head stand-offs settled by the votes of the website's readers.

Underground Herbal Spirit beat out Louisville-based Angel's Envy bourbon in the final.

Ogden's Own's other label, Five Wives Vodka, also fared well — making it to the Final Four before getting knocked out by its sister product, Underground, in the semi-final.
