Utah State's men's tennis team has added to its future roster with the signing of Andrew Nakajima out of Beaverton, Oreg., on Monday. He is rated as the No. 2 player in the state and the No. 8 player in the northwest. Nakajima plans to major in marketing and was drawn to Utah State's business program, as well as the chance to compete with the Aggies. Utah State coach Clancy Shields predicted Nakajima would be an all-star for his team. "He is unique in the sense that he is a late bloomer and he is just starting to blossom," he said. "The sky is the limit for Andrew and we believe that he will not only be successful in our conference but also at the national level." The Aggies earlier signed Avery West out of Bellingham, Was., for the 2014-15 year. Utah State lost to Boise State in the quarterfinals of the conference tournament last week.
