Ever wonder how Spider-Man would get around town if he didn't have his webs?
Think Peter Parkour.
In the video above, Utahn Ronnie Shalvis shows off his mad skills twisting, jumping and scaling the buildings not of Metropolis but of some of familiar sites here in the Beehive State. It's in conjunction with Friday's opening of The Amazing Spider-Man 2.
I interviewed Shalvis a while back when he starred in a video done by Devin "SuperTramp" Graham that had Shalvis dressed like the main character from the video game Assassin's Creed.
Shalvis mentions in the YouTube comments that his Spider-Man outfit was much tougher to work in with its slippier boots and gloves, but he still enjoyed the parkour.
And while the editor of The Salt Lake Tribune kind of maybe looks a bit like J. Jonah Jameson (though he yells a whole heckuva lot less), getting to say I work for the Daily Bugle has some great geek appeal.
