Mitt Romney's health care overhaul in Massachusetts may be, to some, the model for President Barack Obama's Affordable Care Act but the pioneering state-based exchange is being scrapped in favor of the federally run healthcare.gov. In short, Romneycare is transitioning to Obamacare in Massachusetts. The move by the Bay State to transition to the federal exchange comes after officials saw the need to jettison problematic parts of their system. [Politico]
