Letter: Cell phone ban another useless law

Re "Utah's new law forbids dialing while driving" (Tribune, May 9).

Another waste of Utah legislator's time and taxpayer's money passing a law that won't be enforced. Take for example the speed limit laws here in Utah. A totally unenforced law given the number of violators. How stupid do you think we are?
