Iron County Sheriff's deputies want to know how Cammi Denee Miller's body wound up on the side of a rural road.

The sheriff's office identified her body Tuesday, but they are still waiting on autopsy results. Miller, 33, was found Saturday morning two miles south of Cedar City, near an old Iron County motocross track.

About 10:30 a.m. that day, deputies were called to Tipple Road and found her body near the road.

Her death is "definitely suspicious because of where [she] was found," said Iron County sheriff's Sgt. Nik Johnson on Saturday, but he could not elaborate.

Miller was a long-time resident of the county, though court documents describe her as homeless.
