Tim DeChristopher was indicted on April 1, 2009, for violating Bureau of Land Management auction procedures the prior December. He was sentenced to 21 months in prison for breaking the law.
When are the indictments going to come for the ATV riders, who have similarly violated BLM procedures at Recapture Canyon?
