Happy Friday. How do Republicans win? Well, by losing. Politico's Todd Purdum looks at the two sides of the GOP: the congressional wing and the national wing, and how the Republican Party may suffer some ultimate losses, like the White House in 2016, until it figures out that the old base of voters just isn't there anymore.
