Utah confirmed Friday that Florida running back Dacorius (D.J.) Law will go to a junior college and will not attend the U. this fall.

The team did not provide further details.

Law famously signed and faxed a letter of intent to both Utah and Ole Miss on signing day, eventually getting a release from his NLI by Ole Miss coach Hugh Freeze.

He also signed with East Mississippi Community College — not unusual for athletes who aren't sure they'll be able to qualify academically. East Mississippi could not immediately confirm whether or not Law was enrolled Friday.

Law rushed for 1,275 yards on 109 carries as a senior at Haines City High School, 40 miles southwest of Orlando. His Rivals.com profile also lists offers from Tennessee, Michigan State and Ohio State.
