World Cup fever is sweeping the nation with the 2014 tournament starting in only 11 days and if a goal by FC Tucson player Odaine Sinclair is a sign of things to come, the world is in for a great tournament.

Sinclair, a forward from Jamaica, scored the amazing opening goal of a 2-0 win over BYU on Thursday, leaping and contorting his body until it was parallel with the ground before unleashing a bicycle-kick. The ball rocketed into the back of the net and Sinclair gained instant Internet and SportsCenter Top 10 fame.

The goal now has over 120,000 views on YouTube and can be seen here:

Said Sinclair of his goal to the Tucson Sentinel, "I'm stunned... It popped up and I saw it. I just went for it. I didn't know it went in until the crowd started cheering. Then I saw my teammates running. I'm pretty stoked right now."
