Police are looking for a man who inappropriately touched two girls at the Salt Lake Community College's South City Campus and asking any other victims to come forward.

The girls were both minors; the Utah Highway Patrol (UHP), which provides security for the community college, is not releasing any other details about the victims.

One incident occurred May 16 in a hallway and the other on May 28 in a stairwell, according to UHP Sgt. Phillip Waters.

Both girls said a man struck up a conversation with them, then touched them.

The UHP described the man as a black male in his mid-20s about 6 feet tall with a medium build.

Waters said a safety alert about the incidents was sent to students and staff members. He urged anyone who has been victimized or has information about the suspect to call 801-957-3800.
