Police investigating body found in Millcreek

A Millcreek woman's body was found in a canal Wednesday afternoon.
A passer-by reported seeing the body in a canal about 3 p.m. near 4100 S. Highland Drive, said Unified Police Lt. Justin Hoyal
The woman, 40, does not appear to be a victim of foul play, police have reported. There also is no indication of suicide, said Detective Jared Richardson.
Detectives have identified the woman but are withholding her name pending family notifications.
