Indicted businessman Jeremy Johnson testifies that former Utah Attorney General John Swallow directed him to send campaign funds to Sen. Mike Lee's campaign through third parties. Former AG Mark Shurtleff condemns a raid on his home by state and federal officers and expects both to be charged and acquitted of allegations of misconduct during his time in public office. The ACLU warns the Salt Lake City Council not to meddle with decisions by the Days of '47 Parade. And Utah's birth rate continues to decline, but remains highest in the nation.
