Drowned woman recovered from Lake Powell

The body of a woman who was reported missing on Saturday was pulled from Lake Powell on Monday morning, according to Glen Canyon National Recreation Area officials.

Officials said the woman drowned, and her body was recovered at about 9:15 a.m. Monday from Lone Rock Beach.

No other details — including the woman's identity — were released Monday afternoon.
