Gov. Herbert has decided to bring back the "State of Chaos" catch phrase in regard to marriage equality in Utah. Actual examples include Los Angeles following the Rodney King verdict, September 11, and the current-day situations in Iraq, the Ukraine, and Syria. All I see around Utah are people peacefully going about their lives. Come on, governor, "State of Chaos" is as factual as "We will be greeted as liberators." If you use all of the scary phrases now, what will you do if chaos actually shows up?.
