Chad Artist lives so close to Romney Stadium in Logan, from his home he could hear the cannon go off after touchdowns. Soon, the Logan standout hopes to be setting that thing off himself. The 6-foot-2, 175-pound receiver committed to the Aggies on Monday. "I grew up going to their games so this is a dream come true," Artist said. Artist not only gives the Aggies some height, but also speed. He won the 4-A 100-meter and 200-meter state titles for the Logan Grizzlies as a junior. He is excited to show of that speed for the Aggies on the football field. "It has been a goal of mine to go there," he said. "I can't think of a better place for me to be." - Lya Wodraska
