Horse facing: Jcljazzslilbro favored in Wyoming Downs futurity

Evanston • The $23,050 Wyoming-Bred Futurity highlights racing Saturday afternoon at Wyoming Downs.

Jcljazzslilbro, who is undefeated in three career starts, tops a 10-horse field in the 350-yard dash for two-year-old quarter horses.

Owned by John P. Robinson and trained by Mike Taylor, Jcljazzslilbro is the 8-to-5 morning line favorite after winning his futurity trial by two lengths in 17.866 seconds. Jockey Roger Buening will once again be aboard.

Lil Shameless Sage, a fourth-place finisher in a futurity at Miles City (Mont.) in June, is listed as the 3-to-1 second-choice in the morning line. Jesse Villegas is the trainer and jockey Jesus Peralta will ride.
