Letter: Too many signs of Obama incompetence

Recent polls show 57 percent of people disapprove of President Obama's handling of foreign policy, a 41 percent approval rating, with 54 percent believing he is unable to lead the country.

The administration discussed a Status of Forces Agreement with Iraq, but didn't "vehemently pursue it." Obama's disengagement caused lost influence politically and diplomatically. Syria's crossing of the "red line", releasing 5 high-ranking Taliban from Guantanamo Bay, and the Benghazi debacle makes us look weak.

His unilateral actions have caused thousands of illegal children crossing from Mexico's border, hearing rumors that they can stay here under Obama's Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. The Supreme Court ruled that Obama can't make recess appointments while the Senate holds pro forma sessions. He's made 23 unilateral changes to Obamacare, the "law of the land."

In May 2013, Obama said the IRS targeting conservative groups was "inexcusable." Two years of emails from 2009 to 2011, were lost when former IRS chief, Lois Lerner's, hard drive supposedly crashed just 10 days after House Ways and Means Committee chairman, Dave Camp, requested information about the targeting. Now Obama says it's a "phony scandal." What about the VA scandal?

This president's incompetent.
