Horse racing: Spotmeacorona captures feature at Wyoming Downs

Evanston, Wyo. • Spotmeacorona, making his first start since October, raced to victory Sunday in the $7,500 allowance feature at Wyoming Downs.

Owned by Clifford L. Johnson and trained by Marissa Taylor, Spotmeacorona went off at odds of 8-to-1 and prevailed by one length over Let Me Czech.

Ridden by Shaunda Larsen, Spotmeacorona covered 300 yards in 15.249 seconds. The seven-year-old gelding earned the winner's share of $4,500.
