Method Communications expands into Los Angeles

Salt Lake City-based Method Communications has expanded into Southern California by acquiring Los Angeles-based Kindling Communications, a technology-focused boutique public relations agency.
Terms were not disclosed. This acquisition follows Method's opening in February of an office in San Francisco, said company founder and CEO Dave Parkinson.
As part of the acquisition, Kindling founder Carolyn Guss will join Method as general manager of the Los Angeles office. A 15-year veteran, she has worked with Method on several public relations efforts.
