Happy Friday. There are those progressives who aren't super excited about a Hillary Clinton run, and those hoping for Sen. Elizabeth Warren to make a bid. She's ruled against a 2016 run, so she says, but there are those on the left who aren't buying it and want her to step up. [Politico]

-> Gov. Gary Herbert said if the U.S. Supreme Court rules that same-sex marriage is legal, Utah will act according to the law. [DNews]

Nationally: President Barack Obama addressed the public after a Malaysian plane was shot down by a missile in Ukraine, saying, "the United States will offer any assistance we can to help determine what happened and why."
