A man hospitalized in a Monday rollover crash in West Jordan had been upgraded to satisfactory condition on Wednesday.

West Jordan police Sgt. Dan Roberts said the injured man, who was not identified, was reportedly well on the way to recovery three days after his Volkswagen Jetta, westbound on 7800 South, ran a red light at the intersection with 6000 West. A southbound Jeep hit the Jetta, causing it to roll.

Roberts said the woman driving the Jeep was unhurt, he said.
