Provo-based company acquires Kansas City hotel

Provo-based Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group has bought a 90-room Holiday Inn and Suites in Overland Park, Kansas. Terms were not disclosed.
Lodging Dynamics has owned and operated other hotels in the Midwest since 1992, but this is its first venture into Kansas, said president and CEO Joel Sybrowsky.
This is also the second hotel the company has purchased after two decades of developing, managing, and owning premium-brand, select-service or extended-stay hotels.
