Gary Herbert's spokesman Marty Carpenter, Utah Sierra Club's Mark Clemens and Tribune reporter Matt Canham join Jennifer Napier-Pearce to discuss the Greater Canyonlands National Monument proposal and what a compromise on protecting public land could look like.
