Dallas (8 and 10 p.m., TNT) returns with the second half of Season 3 - or Season 17, depending on how you're counting.The Ewings are dealing with the aftermath of the fire at Southfork. Which, by the way, is the second time the house has caught on fire. It does a pretty good job of questioning whether she got a fair trial, but it doesn't do nearly as good a job proving she didn't do it.Teen Wolf (11 p.m., MTV): An assassin targets Scott and Liam;, Lydia uncovers a family secret.
