High school coaches, athletic directors, and statisticians,

The Salt Lake Tribune has partnered with MaxPreps this year in an effort to bring our readers more complete and comprehensive high school coverage. As most high school coaches throughout the state are already using MaxPreps, we hope this will result in greater ease and efficiency in reporting the results of your school's games and keeping standings up to date.

What this means for you is: 1. It is no longer necessary for you or your statistician to call our office with game results (and, in fact, we are no longer employing phone clerks to take calls and enter game results and box scores); and 2. This means we are now fully dependent upon you to report your game results to MaxPreps as expediently as possible.

Our score lists will only be as complete and our standings will only be as up to date as you allow them to be. As soon as you enter a game result to MaxPreps, it is reflected on our site, TribPreps.com. If we are missing one of your game results, or your standings are not current, it is because the game was not entered into MaxPreps.

So please, help us give your students, your fans, your alumni the most accurate reflection of your team by reporting your results via MaxPreps as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding, and we appreciate your help.
