Bingham's football team continues to be Utah's top representative in national and regional high school polls.

The Miners are ranked 21st in the USA Today high school football poll, 25th in the Prep Nation poll and 38th in the MaxPreps national poll. They lead the MaxPreps Utah poll, followed by Timpview, Brighton, East and Riverton.

The MaxPreps West regional computer rankings including teams from Hawaii, Alaska, Colorado, Wyoming, California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana and Utah have Bingham ranked 10th (up from 16th) and Timpview 18th (up from 24).

Bingham faces a difficult test in Las Vegas September 15 when it meets Bishop Gorman. Bishop Gorman is ranked first nationally by USA Today and first in the West by MaxPreps.
