One person was seriously hurt in an accident on northbound Interstate 15, near the Davis County and Salt Lake County border.
While details remain scarce, South Davis Metro Fire Department reported in a tweet that a motorcycle and a car collided near where Interstate 215 merges onto I-15, sending the motorcyclist to Intermountain Medical Center in serious condition.
The accident has shut down a single lane, snarling traffic, the fire department said in a tweet. The department also advised commuters to use alternate routes.
