Salt Lake magazine presented its 12th Annual Dining Awards last night, honoring 34 Utah chefs and restaurateurs for their innovations in food, service, value and ambience.
Best chef honors went to John Murcko, at Talisker on Main in Park City, while Best New Restaurant was given to the Copper Onion. Takashi Gibo, of Takashi earned the Lifetime Achievement Award.
