Prosecutors in Texas filed this week to delay his upcoming bigamy trial, citing his lack of an attorney and life prison sentence that would make him 100 before he became eligible for parole. (This blog is starting to fill up with Warren Jeffs' revelations.) Meanwhile, tomorrow marks the reported deadline for FLDS people to be "re-baptized" under Jeffs' newly restrictive rules or be excommunicated. See my story about the end of the year deadline here.
