The Utah Republican Party is suing GOP Gov. Herbert over a bill passed by the overwhelmingly Republican legislature. And a spokesman for the governor said over the weekend that Herbert supports the lawsuit. At the heart of the dispute is who should control how candidates land on the ballot.
