George Chapman spent his career as an engineer in San Diego, but since retiring to Salt Lake City, he's spoken out on issues from air pollution to the prison move. Now, he's running for mayor.

On Monday at 12:15 p.m., Chapman joins Jennifer Napier-Pearce to discuss his experience, politics and platform.
