$7 • One of several new rolls on the menu at the venerable Kyoto, the Pink Power is deceptive in its simplicity: a small piece of tempura-fried shrimp nestled with cucumber, asparagus, avocado and a dab of spicy mayo, wrapped in perfectly seasoned rice and then in pale pink tofu paper.
