The Shriners Hospital for Children in Salt Lake has a video chat with Santa Claus through the magic of collaboration technology. Lillian Taylor, 9, of Elko Nevada who is a patient at the hospital along with her sister, is joined by her father Paul as she chats with Santa during a broadcast from the "North Pole." Much like children who are able to sit on Santa's lap, patients were given the opportunity to interact directly with Santa and pass along their wishes this holiday season. This is an example of how technology can be used to improve lives and bring a little happiness to sick kids during the holidays. Dimension Data provided the video chat technology in Utah and for Shriners Hospitals for Children nationwide.
