Greg Marsden might have retired as Utah's gymnastics coach, but his presence still will be seen, and heard, during the 2016 gymnastics season.

Marsden, who retired in April after coaching the Utes for 40 years, has joined the Pac-12 Networks broadcast team along with play-by-play experts Jim Watson and Brian Webber and analyst Amanda Borden.

Former Olympians Samantha Peszek and Alicia Sacramone Quinn are also joining the team.

Utah's season-opening meet against BYU on Jan. 8 will be televised along with the Utes' meet against Oregon State on Jan. 23, against Arizona on Feb. 1, against UCLA on Feb. 6, against Washington on Feb. 13 and against Georgia on March 12.

The Utes, who are ranked No. 4 in the Top 25 preseason poll, are being coached by Megan Marsden and former assistant Tom Farden.

Greg Marsden retired as the sport's winningest coach with a 1,048-208-8 record.
