$10 • A good BLT is a thing of beauty. But at Twist, beauty gets an upgrade to brilliance. Crisp pancetta adds that subtle but unmistakable meaty flavor while the goat cheese contributes richness and tang. There's a choice of bread, but brioche is the way to go. You can balance the meal with a house salad instead of fries; the greens are high quality enough to assuage any guilt.
