The Unified Police Department is asking for help to identify a woman who used a cloned credit card to make a series of unauthorized purchases.

On April 21, she fraudulently bought gift cards and merchandise at a variety of locations throughout the Salt Lake Valley worth a total of approximately $5,000.

The woman was described as a Caucasian in her 30s. Witnesses said she drove a white Nissan passenger vehicle and spoke with a thick foreign accent.

Surveillance photos have been released in hopes that someone might recognize the her. Anyone with information on the suspect's identity is asked to call the UPD Taylorsville Fraud Detectives at 385-468-9447.
