Scholastic's Summer Reading Road Trip RV rolled into Salt Lake City on Wednesday, with a "pop-up" reading festival designed to get kids excited about reading when school's out. The tour's Clifford the Big Red Dog-sized RVs are visiting 25-plus cities, traveling more than 10,000 miles, to spread the importance of summer reading to kids. The Salt Lake event at The King's English Bookshop included an activity tent with reading activities, author book signings and photo stations with Clifford and Slappy from "Goosebumps."
