A fire destroyed three houseboats and injured two people at a Lake Powell marina Monday morning.
National Park Service firefighters responded to the blaze about 11:45 a.m. at the Offshore Marina, a dry-storage facility for boats, according to a news release from Glen Canyon National Recreation Area.
The two victims, who owned one of the houseboats, suffered "significant burns" and were transported to a Salt Lake City hospital for treatment, the release states.
The cause of the fire was under investigation, and there was no estimated cost for the damage.
