$13.50 • The Confidential sushi roll is not unique to Salt Lake's many sushi restaurants. But Hanabi Japanese Restaurant in Midvale makes its version memorable with the use of cilantro and lime. This roll is quite the mouthful as it's packed with tempura shrimp, spicy tuna and fresh cucumber, then topped with spicy crab and tempura crunchies.
