Utah football jumped four spots in the latest Amway Top 25 coaches poll to No. 12 and three spots in the AP Top 25 to No. 13 during the team's bye week.

The Utes are the second-highest ranked Pac-12 team behind Washington (No. 4 in both polls) and precede Colorado (No. 15 in the coaches poll and No. 16 in the AP poll) and Washington State (No. 23 in both polls) in this week's rankings.

The top five of the coaches poll shifted from last week, Alabama remaining at No. 1, Clemson and Michigan flipping places with the Tigers at No. 2 and Wolverines at No. 3, followed by Washington at No. 4, and Ohio State moving ahead of Louisville to No. 5.

The top five of the AP poll remained the same with Alabama on top followed by Michigan, Clemson, the Huskies and Louisville.

Penn State was the biggest riser in both polls, moving up nine spots to No. 14 in the coaches poll and eight spots to No. 12 in the AP Top 25.

Nebraska and Baylor fell the most after blowout losses to Ohio State and TCU, slipping 10 and 12 spots, respectively, in the coaches poll. The Cornhuskers and Bears plummeted 12 spots each in the AP Top 25.
