Hundreds of students rallied Thursday on Capitol Hill on behalf of improving Utah's air quality.

Students from schools including the Madeleine Choir School, Rowland Hall and Judge Memorial Catholic High School participated in the clean-air rally, held on the Capitol steps to air their concerns about haze.

Some wore gas masks. Others carried signs and offered speeches in what was the schools' third year rallying in support of the cause.
