A look at three standout performers and five key numbers from Saturday's Day 2 of the Class 3A state swimming meet at BYU.
Garrett Dotson
The Cedar City junio helped his team to a second-place finish in the boys' team standings by winning the 100-yard breaststroke and leading off Cedar City's victorious 200 freestyle relay.
Joelle Hess
She finished her Park City swimming career with a pair of state records. Hess clipped 9 one-hundredths off the old 3A mark in the 100 breaststroke by touching the wall in 1 minute, 5.51 seconds just about 15 minutes before helping the Miners get another state mark in the 400 freestyle relay. Her 100 breastroke time beat the 3A record that was held by another Miner, Blaire McDowell, who set it Feb. 14, 2015. Park City set the 3A 400 freestyle relay record last year.
Katelyn Gross
The Cedar City junior led off Day 2 of the meet by capturing the state title in the 100 butterfly. But she wasn't selfish with the titles in her house. She later teamed with her older sister Kristen as part of the winning 200 freestyle relay.
0.17
The combined margin of victory for Hurricane sophomore Ryan Bunn's two state titles. The Tiger swimmer returns to southern Utah with a pair of individual state championships, but both were by a razor-thin margin. He won Friday's 200 freestyle by 0.09 seconds before Saturday's win in the 100 butterfly by 0.08 seconds.
23
Total combined individual and relay championships for Park City seniors Rozie Selznick (14 titles) and Joelle Hess (9), who wrapped up their Miners' careers Saturday. The last race for both swimmers was the 400 freestyle relay, which they won in 3:34.82, a 3A state record.
7
Number of team titles for the Park City boys after winning the 3A championship.

Point differential in the girls' team standings between first-place Park City and second-place Desert Hills as the Miners won their eighth team title in school history.
